Account Eligibility and Registration
Melbet limits registration to eligible adults who provide accurate identity and contact details. Each user can hold one account across the identifiers, household connections, and payment details linked to that person.

Melbet reserves the right to reject a registration or a bet without providing a reason. Multiple or related accounts can trigger a security block for up to two months, a recalculation of settled bets, and closure under the anti-fraud rules.
Users remain responsible for their login credentials and account activity. Sharing a password, verification code, payment account, or device access does not transfer that responsibility to another person.
Bet Acceptance and Settlement
Melbet records a bet only after the betting system accepts it and adds it to the account history. The company applies the published betting rules, official results, market odds, and settlement procedures to every accepted selection.
- staff errors, system errors, or rule deviations can invalidate a bet, with settlement at odds of 1.00;
- suspected unsportsmanlike conduct can suspend settlement until the relevant sports authority publishes a final decision;
- confirmed unsportsmanlike conduct can invalidate related bets, with settlement at odds of 1.00;
- an obvious odds discrepancy allows settlement at the correct betting market odds for the recorded result;
- an incorrect calculation triggers a new calculation under the final result and applicable odds;
- Melbet keeps every bet submitted between the initial calculation and its correction valid under the recorded terms.
A recalculation can create a negative account balance. The user must replenish that balance prior to another bet or withdrawal request.
Melbet can reject a bet, limit an amount, suspend a selection, or close betting on a match. Such action does not require disclosure of internal risk or trading information.
Winnings, Results, and Claims
The relevant sports federation publishes official match results. Those results form the sole basis for Melbet bet settlement and winnings calculations. Results from another betting site do not override the official settlement source.
Users must report a calculation discrepancy within the applicable claim period. Late claims do not require a new calculation under these terms.

A claim must include the account number, match date and time, bet amount, selected outcome, recorded odds, and reason for disagreement. The user submits this information through the account support section. Melbet can request official documents from a sports federation or other records connected to the disputed settlement.
The company checks the bet record, transaction history, official result, and calculation method. A confirmed error leads to a new calculation. An unchanged result remains in force after the company finds no calculation error.
Security and Anti-Fraud Measures
The security team investigates activity that indicates fraud, account misuse, automated betting, false identity data, or abuse of promotions. Melbet can restrict access and hold payments during an active investigation.

Melbet can request a video conference, identity documents, proof of address, and proof of account deposits. The user must provide readable and authentic documents connected to the registered account.
The company can close an account involved in confirmed fraud and return eligible deposited funds under the account rules. This return does not include invalid winnings, promotional funds, or amounts connected to prohibited conduct.
Identity and Payment Verification
The security team uses verification to confirm identity, payment ownership, residential address, and the source of account deposits. Melbet can hold payments until the user completes every requested check.

Rule Changes and Liability
Melbet can update, replace, or add rules. A new version takes effect immediately upon publication on the site. Users must check the current version and stop using the account after disagreement with an updated clause. Continued account use confirms acceptance of the published changes.
Melbet does not accept liability for indirect loss connected to site use, content, connection faults, device problems, or third-party payment services. The site can contain technical errors, typographical errors, or omissions. The company can correct such content without prior notice.
Temporary access problems do not cancel accepted bets or completed transactions. The account history and betting records determine the status of each action after access returns.
Applicable law overrides any conflicting clause. The remaining terms stay in force after a court or competent authority finds one clause invalid or unenforceable.
